Texas Roofing & Contractors Insurance

Policies

Roofing Insurance
As a roofing professional, roofing insurance is necessary to operate your business. This general liability coverage protects you and your business if a client or third party ever files a claim for personal injury or property damage.

This general liability policy will also cover incidents that occur on your job site or as a direct result of the project.
Workman's Compensation
Give peace of mind to your employees with Workmen Compensation Insurance. This coverage provides wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured in the course of employment.  This is good for the employer as it has a mandatory relinquishment of the employee's right to sue their employer for the tort of negligence.
Errors & Omissions (E&O)
Errors & Omissions (E&O) covers professionals for negligence and errors or omissions that injure their clients or cause damage to a third party’s data. This type of insurance is particularly important to licensed professionals such as architects, engineers, accountants, attorneys, insurance agents, and technology companies.
Umbrella Policy
Umbrella insurance is extra liability insurance. It is designed to help protect you from major claims and lawsuits and as a result it helps protect your assets and your future. It does this in two ways: Provides additional liability coverage above the limits of your homeowners, auto, and boat insurance policies.
Employment Practices Liability
Employment Practices Liability Insurance covers employment-related liabilities other than on-the-job injuries. This can include legal fees and damages for suits such as wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and other alleged violations of employees’ legal rights. If you have employees, we recommend this additional coverage.
Inland Marine Coverage
If you are working off-site, shipping or transporting tools & materials, or if you rent equipment on a regular basis, we reccomend looking at adding a Commercial Inland Marine insurance Policy.   This policy could save you money if you rent equipment regularly as it replaces the expensive policy the rental company issues.
General Liability Insurance
Contractors insurance offers protection against lawsuits alleging injury, property damage, or theft at a construction site. These damages can be a result of negligence on the part of the contractor or can be related to completed or ongoing operations at the site.  It is usually required by the homeowner to make a bid and to start the job.
Contractors Liability Insurance
Every business needs to protect themselves from  non-employee injuries that happen on your property, damage you cause to someone's property, and advertising mistakes. In other words, it can cover some of the common lawsuits that arise from everyday business activities, such as renting property, working with clients, and interacting with customers.
